What will your role be?
We are looking for a Industrial Supplier Quality Engineer – Pyrotechnics to perform the following activities:
- Ensure supplier quality throughout the entire lifecycle, from supplier selection to performance evaluation.
- Identify, assess and mitigate supplier-related quality risks and non-conformities.
- Conduct root cause analyses and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and implement supplier improvement plans to enhance quality and operational performance.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in supplier audits and monitoring activities, particularly for critical suppliers.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Industrial Quality and Supplier Performance teams.
- Support the investigation of customer complaints related to supplier quality issues.
What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies
- Engineering degree, preferably with a specialization in Pyrotechnics or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Supplier Quality or Supplier Quality Engineering.
- Knowledge of pyrotechnical products, processes or industrial environments.
- Experience in supplier quality management, audits, risk assessment and corrective actions.
- Availability to work on-site in Liège, with occasional travel within Belgium and abroad.
