What will your role be?

We are looking for a Vulnerability & Incident Management Specialist to perform the following activities:

Define and maintain the vulnerability management governance framework.
Define requirements for vulnerability scanning, assessment, prioritisation and remediation.
Establish risk-based vulnerability management and remediation SLAs.
Govern the cybersecurity incident management process, including detection, escalation, treatment and closure.
Ensure incident management processes meet NIS2 notification and reporting requirements.
Monitor remediation plans, lessons learned and improvement actions.
Produce KPI/KRI reporting for the CISO and management.
Support security audits, NIS2/ISO 27001 compliance and cyber incident exercises.

Qualifications

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in vulnerability management, incident management or cyber governance.
Good knowledge of NIS2 and ISO 27001.
Understanding of vulnerability management and incident response processes.
Experience working in complex/international environments.
Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
Ability to work with SOC, infrastructure, cloud and IT teams.
