What will your role be?
We are looking for a Quality Specialist with experience in the aerospace industry to support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality processes in compliance with EN 9100 requirements and to perform the following activities:
- Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with EN 9100 requirements.
- Map, analyze and document business and operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, process maps and RACI matrices.
- Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze process performance through KPI tracking, reporting and follow-up activities.
- Support process owners in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's process architecture.
- Promote a process-oriented approach and a continuous improvement culture across the organization.
What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a Quality-related role.
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry is essential.
- Good knowledge of EN 9100 standard and Quality Management Systems.
- Proven experience in process mapping, process analysis and documentation.
- Experience in designing and monitoring KPIs.
- Familiarity with RACI matrices, flow diagrams and process performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of process architecture and process governance will be considered a plus.
