What will your role be?

We are looking for an ITSM Functional Analyst to perform the following activities:

• Analyze business requirements and define functional solutions for ITSM platforms.
• Design and optimize ITSM workflows and service management processes in line with ITIL v4 best practices.
• Support the design of software architectures and integration solutions using TM Forum ODA and Open APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance ITSM solutions (iTop, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
• Contribute to cloud-native and event-driven integration initiatives involving Kubernetes, Kafka, and related technologies.
• Produce functional documentation and support testing and solution validation.

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies

• Experience in the design and analysis of complex software architectures.
• Knowledge of ITSM platforms such as iTop, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent solutions.
• Expertise in applying TM Forum ODA frameworks and related Open APIs for system integration.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 processes and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Helm, Istio/Linkerd service mesh) and event-driven architectures (Kafka, CloudEvents, Avro).
