What will your role be?

We are looking for a Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to perform the following activities:

• Drive and coordinate Advanced Manufacturing / Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives.
• Identify, structure and prioritise digital manufacturing projects.
• Coordinate projects involving IT, OT, UNS, MES and Data teams.
• Support the deployment of digital solutions across manufacturing operations.
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process and performance improvement.
• Contribute to projects involving robotics, automation and industrial digitalisation.
• Act as a technical interface between manufacturing, IT and engineering stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and external technology partners.
• Contribute to technical specifications and investment requirements.

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies

• Master degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in Advanced Manufacturing, Manufacturing 4.0, Industrial Digitalisation or a related field.
• Strong cross-functional knowledge of IT, OT, UNS, MES and Data.
• Good understanding of industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT and Modbus.
• Experience in robotics and/or process engineering is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI / Machine Learning is an advantage, consistent with the supplied Manufacturing 4.0 profile.
