IT Network Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an IT Network Specialist to join a global network engineering team and contribute to the operation, evolution, and continuous improvement of a mission-critical enterprise network. The ideal candidate has strong experience in large-scale enterprise networking, routing, switching, WAN, wireless, security, and Azure networking, combined with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Key responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operation of LAN, WAN, Wireless, Internet, Cloud, and SD-WAN environments across a global enterprise network
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and service disruptions in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and technology partners
• Contribute to the design, deployment, and enhancement of network solutions and modernization initiatives
• Support Azure networking technologies and Internet services including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, and IP routing
• Contribute to network automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives
• Support and improve monitoring, observability, network inventory, and IPAM platforms
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams in an Agile environment
• Share technical expertise and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing

Rôle et responsabilités :
Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste réseau TI pour rejoindre une équipe d’ingénierie réseau mondiale et contribuer à l’exploitation, l’évolution et l’amélioration d’un réseau d’entreprise critique à grande échelle. La personne recherchée possède une solide expérience des environnements réseau d’entreprise, notamment en routing, switching, WAN, wireless, sécurité et réseaux Azure, ainsi que de fortes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Responsabilités principales:

• Assurer le support et l’exploitation d’environnements réseau LAN, WAN, Wireless, Internet, Cloud et SD-WAN à l’échelle mondiale
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents et problèmes réseau complexes en collaboration avec les équipes internes, fournisseurs et partenaires technologiques
• Participer à la conception, au déploiement et à l’amélioration de solutions réseau et à des initiatives de modernisation
• Supporter les technologies de réseau Azure et les services Internet tels que DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing et routage IP
• Contribuer aux initiatives d’automatisation réseau et d’Infrastructure as Code
• Participer à l’amélioration des outils de monitoring, d’observabilité, d’inventaire réseau et d’IPAM
• Collaborer avec les équipes Cloud, Sécurité, Infrastructure et Applications dans un environnement Agile
• Contribuer au partage de connaissances et au mentorat des membres de l’équipe

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments
• Strong expertise in routing, switching, wireless, WAN, Internet, and network security
• Experience with Azure networking technologies
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and network management platforms
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English required; French/English bilingualism is an asset
• Experience with Agile/DevOps environments and network automation using Ansible, Python, Terraform, or similar is an asset
• Knowledge of Palo Alto, F5, or NetBox is an asset
• Cisco CCNP or Cloud networking certification is an asset

Qualifications requises :

• Solide expérience dans des environnements réseau d’entreprise à grande échelle
• Excellente maîtrise du routing, switching, wireless, WAN, Internet et des concepts de sécurité réseau
• Expérience avec les technologies de réseau Azure
• Expérience avec des plateformes de monitoring, observabilité et gestion réseau
• Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de troubleshooting
• Très bonnes aptitudes en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes
• Anglais courant requis; bilinguisme français/anglais, un atout
• Expérience en Agile/DevOps, automatisation avec Ansible, Python ou Terraform, un atout
• Connaissance de Palo Alto, F5 ou NetBox, un atout
• Certification Cisco CCNP ou certification Cloud, un atout
