What will your role be?
We are looking for a Electrical Design Engineer to perform the following activities:
- Participate in train surveys to define electrical installation principles.
- Convert electrical schematics into practical onboard installation solutions.
- Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) in accordance with railway standards.
- Produce final electrical schematics and associated wiring lists.
- Design electrical harnesses and prepare production specifications.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams.
- Prepare technical installation procedures and documentation.
- Support coordination with project teams and suppliers.
What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Approximately 2–3 years of experience in electrical design.
- Knowledge of electrical design software such as E3S, ePlan or equivalent.
- Availability for occasional business travel.
