Our client is a leading geospatial intelligence provider that leverages artificialiser intelligence, satellite imagery, and advanced data sources to deliver insights on global energy systems and environmental risks. It supports a wide range of international clients including public institutions, financial organizations, and industrial players by providing near real-time transparency on energy markets and climate-related factors. The role combines Financial Planning & Analysis and Sales Operations responsibilities in close partnership with the CFO and the CRO. It involves producing and analyzing monthly financial reporting, including KPIs, P&L, and cash flow statements, explaining variances versus budget and forecasts, and monitoring profitability by contract, product, and project. The position also supports budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and the continuous improvement of finance tools and processes. On the sales side, the role acts as the strategic owner of the CRM, ensuring data integrity and user adoption, while building ARR, ACV, and sales performance dashboards. It provides forward-looking analysis, supports the sales team on financial aspects of proposals, and contributes to the transition of the CRM from Zendesk to Salesforce.
We are looking for a finance professional with a Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting and at least five years of experience in a demanding environment such as a fast-growing start-up, a consulting firm, or an audit firm. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling, along with excellent organizational and analytical skills. You are detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. You combine autonomy and accountability with a strong team spirit and excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Sheets, Slides), and CRM tools particularly Zendesk and HubSpot is required. Knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign is a strong plus.
